COURAGE CONVERSATIONS GLOBAL FOUNDATION is an organization designed to shine a light on people’s internal biases through workshops and community events. Their approach is to facilitate dialogue and create safe space for people to see patterns in themselves and the world around them, moving forward with new perspective and behavior.

the problem

Americans largely acknowledge racism exists, but can’t always recognize it in their own lives and communities.

We chose to focus on the Americans who exist in the defensive or denial part of the below scale.
